Organizational excellence derives from the excellence of its faculty and staff. This is also true for the Faculty of Organisation Studies (FOS).
During the preparation of the various study programmes and the Faculty of Organisation Studies itself, a core of employees were formed that continually place great importance on excellence, interpersonal relations, knowledge, creativity, responsibility, loyalty and credibility.
These set of values are slowly trickling into our culture. We are building and nurturing them patiently and very cautiously. In faculty and staff recruitments we are focused on those top professionals that will recognize their personal culture of excellence within our organizational culture.
Above all, we would like our students to feel this culture of excellence at FOS, to become a part of it and that this culture of excellence will become a part of them as well.
