MOBILITY FOR TEACHING

Mobility for Teaching is designed to facilitate teaching opportunities for academic staff, including professors and lecturers, at higher education institutions. The application process for Erasmus+ Mobility for Teaching is requires several key documents to facilitate a smooth experience. Below are some of the essential elements:

1. Inter-Institutional Agreement: Before initiating the mobility, there must be an existing inter-institutional agreement between the home university and the host university. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the exchange, including the number of staff who can participate and the duration of the mobility.

2. Nomination Letter: The home institution provides a nomination letter that formally introduces and endorses the staff member for the mobility program. The letter typically includes details such as the purpose of the visit and duration.

3. Invitation/Acceptance Letter (Optional): Although not always mandatory, receiving an invitation or acceptance letter from the host institution can strengthen the application. It signifies that the host institution is aware of and agrees to the mobility.

4. Mobility Agreement: This is a formal document that outlines the teaching plan, including the subject matter, methods, and assessment criteria. It must be agreed upon and signed by both the home and host institutions.

Post-Mobility Requirements

1. Confirmation Letter: After completing the mobility program, the host institution issues a confirmation letter. This document serves as evidence that the staff member has successfully completed the mobility and adheres to the terms outlined in the Mobility Agreement.

The Training Mobility allows individuals to undertake a period of training or professional development in another European country. The process of applying for this mobility program involves these steps:

3. Mobility Agreement: The Mobility Agreement is a crucial document that outlines the details of your training mobility. It ensures that all parties involved have a clear understanding of the expectations and responsibilities throughout the mobility period.
