🌍 Interview for Foreign Candidates from Countries with Higher Migration Risk

Based on the Higher Education Act, the faculty must conduct an interview with foreign candidates from countries with higher migration risk
before further processing their application.

Purpose of the interview:
To assess the candidate’s suitability with regard to the enrolment requirements
of the selected study programme.

📩 Invitation and Conduct of the Interview

The candidate will receive the interview invitation at the email address provided in the application submitted via the eVŠ system.

The interview will be conducted in English via the MS Teams platform at the time specified in the invitation.

💳 Payment of Costs

Within five (5) days after submitting the application via eVŠ, the candidate must pay the interview fee in the amount of €250. Payment of the interview fee does not guarantee admission, continuation of the procedure, or enrolment.

⚠️ The fee is non-refundable, regardless of the interview result or non-attendance. If proof of payment is not submitted within the prescribed deadline, the application shall be considered incomplete and will not be processed further.

✅ Interview Result

The candidate will be informed of the result within three (3) working days after the interview.

  • Successful interview: the application proceeds to further processing (verification of documents and fulfilment of requirements; possible inclusion in the selection procedure and admission).
  • Unsuccessful interview: the application is rejected and the procedure is terminated without the possibility of appeal.
  • Non-payment or non-attendance: the application is rejected without the possibility of appeal.
