Applying to FOŠ  = “Developing Your Creativity.”  

How to apply to FOŠ: Applying to FOŠ is simple. Follow the steps below and submit your documents to get started. Apply by June 23, 2026

Submitting your application

👉 Apply now via the national application portal eVS and complete your application by sending all required documents by email.

Required documents:

• Final certificate (high school or bachelor degree)
• Official transcript or diploma supplement
• Translation (if your documents are not in English or Slovene)
• Short CV or overview of your education

After you apply

Once we receive your application:

• We review your documents
• We may contact you if anything is missing
• You will receive a decision within 2 months

Visa information

• EU students
  No visa required
  
  
• Non-EU students
  A visa or residence permit is required.
  We recommend starting the process early.
