FOŠ in Madrid!

Our Associate Professor Dr. Nadia Molek is returning from an intensive Erasmus+ exchange at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. During her visit, she represented our faculty with excellence and significantly strengthened FOŠ’s international collaborations.

As a guest lecturer, she participated in a doctoral seminar where she presented her research on women leaders in migrant organizations and led a discussion on contemporary research methodologies. She also delivered a lecture on digitalization in higher education institutions and the transformation of identities in the academic sphere, which opened the door to numerous professional exchanges with researchers in the fields of organizational behavior, creativity, platform work, and work identities.

A key part of her visit was the meeting with the university’s BIP office, where the initial idea for a joint Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)—potentially to be carried out with FOŠ next year—was developed. Her meeting with Dr. Carlos Jesús Fernández Rodríguez, one of Spain’s leading critical management studies researchers, further confirmed interest in future cooperation, including participation as a keynote speaker at FOŠ events.

This week was exceptionally important for FOŠ, bringing new partnerships, opportunities for joint projects, and further strengthening the international visibility of our faculty. We are proud of Dr. Molek’s achievements and grateful for her valuable contribution to expanding FOŠ’s global network.
