The Faculty of Organisation Studies (FOŠ) kindly invites you to an interactive event titled Collaborative Reflection and Future Roadmap on the Future Workforce Challenges, organized within the framework of the international project TRANSFORM (CERV).

The event is designed as a collaborative platform for addressing key questions related to the future of work. It will bring together participants interested in understanding emerging workforce trends, as well as the opportunities and challenges that organizations and individuals will face in the coming years. Particular emphasis will be placed on presenting insights gained through international research conducted within the TRANSFORM project, which connects partners from across Europe.

In today’s rapidly evolving socio-economic environment, the labour market is undergoing significant transformation driven by digitalization, demographic shifts, and changing organizational models. This event provides a valuable opportunity to reflect on these developments, exchange perspectives, and collectively explore strategic directions for the future.

Participants will be actively engaged in discussions and encouraged to contribute their views, experiences, and ideas. The event aims not only to disseminate project findings but also to foster dialogue and co-creation of knowledge that can inform future policies, organizational practices, and individual career paths.

During the event, we will:

 

  • present key findings and results of the TRANSFORM project,
