Final Event of the TRANSFORM Project, CERV

We are pleased to invite you to the final online event of the TRANSFORM project, funded under the CERV programme, which will take place on Monday, 18 May, from 9:30 to 13:00 CET. The event will be held in English and is open to all interested participants who wish to engage with current discussions on the future of work and the ongoing transformations shaping today’s working environments.

Under the title The Future of the Human Workforce: Embracing Change, Challenges and Opportunities, the symposium will explore how organizations and individuals can effectively adapt to rapidly changing labour market conditions. It will bring together diverse perspectives on knowledge exchange, skills development, and strategies for building more resilient, innovative, and inclusive forms of work.

The event will also provide an opportunity for in-depth reflection on the technological, social, and organizational shifts that are redefining the world of work. At the same time, it will highlight the opportunities these changes create for new approaches to collaboration, learning, and workforce development.
