Final Conference
The WELLy project is coming to its end!
During the project, we were successful in designing an empirical analysis of the State of the Art in Work Well-being, identifying the professional profile of a Work Well-being manager, developing a tailor-made modular training curriculum, implementing pilot tests with all partner countries, developing the certification model to evaluate Work Well-being Manager’s skills, and creating a Manual with the optimal Toolkit for the implementation of measures to prevent and combat work-related stress to be used by Work Well-being Managers.
Now the final event of the project is awaiting us – the Final Conference, which will take place ONLINE on 15 June 2022 and in person at Gostišče Loka, Župančičevo sprehajališče 2, 8000 Novo mesto, Slovenia.
The conference will present the results of the project, the materials we have created, and we will talk about the importance of workplace well-being and the role of the Work Well-being Manager.
