Transform Conference Successfully Concluded
On Thursday, March 27, as part of the CERV-TRANSFORM project, we successfully hosted the international interdisciplinary conference The Future of the Human Workforce 🌍💡.
More than 100 participants joined dynamic discussions on the impact of artificial intelligence, migration, lifelong learning, and the green transition on the labor market. In addition to inspiring lectures and inclusive debates, the conference provided valuable networking opportunities for academics and professionals from various fields 🤝.
The conference concluded with an emphasis on an interdisciplinary approach, inclusive policies, and a focus on the human being – their dignity and well-being ❤️, not just productivity 📈. As part of the event, we also published the Transform Conference Book of Abstracts.
