FOS at the conference of the CERV project TRANSFORM
Colleagues from FOŠ attended the TRANSFORM conference on November 13, 2025, held in Malta and online via Zoom, where experts discussed the future of work, gender equality, and the impact of technology on the workplace.
We are particularly proud that our university lecturer and professional collaborator in the project office, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nadia Molek, is actively contributing to and researching the TRANSFORM project, which is funded by CERV.
The event highlighted the importance of gender equality in pay, decision-making, and leadership, as well as the need to balance professional and private life. Discussions also addressed the impact of artificial intelligence and automation on jobs, as well as key future skills such as digital literacy, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. Special attention was given to the value of unpaid work and the diverse contributions often made by women, along with the importance of lifelong learning, leadership culture, and inclusive policies to ensure that no one is left behind.
The TRANSFORM project emphasizes that creating a fair, productive, and sustainable future workplace requires inclusive collaboration, promotion of equality, and fostering innovation.
