We Are Hiring: Researcher at the FOS

The Faculty of Organisation Studies (FOS) is looking for a highly motivated Researcher to join our Project Office. This is a unique opportunity to work on national and international research projects, contribute to innovative initiatives, and be part of an international academic community.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Master’s degree (2nd Bologna cycle) in Quality Management, Organizational Studies, Management, or related fields (PhD preferred)

• Proven experience in research, project management, and/or EU-funded projects

• Analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Slovenian citizenship and at least 12 months of work experience abroad in higher education or research

• Willingness to relocate to Slovenia for the contract duration
