The Faculty of Organisation Studies (FOŠ) cordially invites you to an experiential workshop Workspace with the Heart, organized within the framework of the international project TRANSFORM: The Future of Human Workforce.

Modern work environments are facing increasingly complex challenges that go beyond the traditional understanding of performance. Key questions arise: how can we design organizations where high performance does not exclude employee well-being, but actively supports it? How can we create environments in which relationships, purpose, and intrinsic motivation are as important as measurable results? These are no longer abstract reflections on the future, but pressing challenges of today that require thoughtful and innovative approaches.

The Workspace with the Heart workshop offers a structured yet open space for in-depth reflection on these topics. Through experiential methods, participants will explore new perspectives on organizational functioning, the role of individuals in the workplace, and the importance of building inclusive, resilient, and sustainable organizations. Special emphasis will be placed on sharing experiences, fostering dialogue, and co-creating practical ideas that can be applied in real-world contexts.

The workshop is part of the international project TRANSFORM: The Future of Human Workforce, which brings together partners from nine European countries. The project addresses key aspects of the future of work, including the impact of digitalization, the importance of employee well-being, and the development of sustainable organizational models. As an active project partner, the Faculty of Organisation Studies contributes to the development of innovative approaches aimed at creating more human-centered, inclusive, and adaptable work environments.

Participants can expect a supportive and safe environment for open discussion, exchange of ideas, and the development of new perspectives on work and organization. The workshop is intended for anyone interested in gaining a deeper understanding of contemporary trends in the world of work and actively contributing to shaping its future.

You are warmly invited to join us and become part of an initiative that places people at the center of the modern workplace. 🚀
