Summer School 2026 brings insights into Learning Organisations

The Faculty of Organisational Studies in Novo mesto (FOŠ), Slovenia, invites students and others who wish to acquire knowledge in the field of organisational learning and development and to gain ECTS credits to the Summer School 2026: Learning Organisations in the 21st century. The programme will take place online between  May 25th to June 5th, 2026.

The Summer School offers participants an in-depth understanding of the concept of the learning organisation, as developed by Peter Senge, and explores its relevance in today’s dynamic organisational environment. Through interactive sessions, practical examples, and engaging discussions, participants will develop competencies in organisational learning, systems thinking, and organisational development.

The programme consists of six interactive sessions delivered by academics and guest practitioners, who will share real-life insights from international organisations and institutions.
