BIP: Leading in Times of Change: People, Work, and the Future of Organizations

University of Novo mesto, Faculty of Organizational Studies (UNM FOS) is pleased to invite students and staff from higher education institutions to join our Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), taking place in May 2027 in Novo mesto, Slovenia.

The BIP “Leading in Times of Change: People, Work, and the Future of Organizations” explores how organizations, people and work are changing in response to technological, social and economic developments. The programme is designed for Erasmus+ mobility participants within KA131, including Student Mobility for Studies (SMS) and Staff Mobility for Training (STT).

The programme combines online learning with an intensive on-site week in Novo mesto, Slovenia bringing together an international group of students, academics and professionals to exchange knowledge, perspectives and experiences.

Online part: 22 April – 6 May 2027

On-site part: 10–14 May 2027

📍 Novo mesto, Slovenia

Through lectures, discussions, collaborative activities and a shared case study, participants will critically explore how organizations can become more responsible, sustainable and people-centred while responding to rapid technological and societal change.

The programme is particularly relevant for participants interested in organisational studies, management, business and economics, human resource management, psychology, sociology, information systems and related interdisciplinary fields.
