Programmes within Quality Management at the Faculty for Organisation Studies in Novo mesto are based on the fundamentals of new organizational paradigms that are identifiable as results-oriented, centred towards consumers, leadership and consistency in its purpose, management of processes and facts, integration of employees, consistent improvements and innovativeness, mutual beneficial partnerships and an ever increasing social responsibility towards organizations.
Study programmes in Quality Management are oriented towards educating and training top professionals and leaders in the field of organizational studies with an emphasis on developing competences needed for continuous guidance and development of quality and business excellence.
