Research Profile

Dr. Uroš Godnov focuses his research on the interdisciplinary applications of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning within organizational and societal contexts. His work integrates social science and technical perspectives, combining quantitative and qualitative methods across fields such as leadership, innovation management, business analytics, and the adoption of digital technologies in organizations.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to academic and professional development at several institutions in Slovenia. He has worked as a higher education lecturer, researcher, and consultant in data analytics and information technology, and he has led professional training workshops on implementing data-driven solutions.

He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Organizational Studies in Novo Mesto and also teaches as a visiting lecturer at other higher education institutions. He continues to actively advance data and organizational sciences through teaching, research, and professional engagement. His commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration and bridging theory with practice shapes his approach to research and education, contributing to the development of knowledge in technological and organizational environments.
