Meeting of the WELLy project partners
In recent months, the international team working on the WELLy project has been in hiding. At least it looked like it, because we did not publish anything that could be related to our work. However, if any of our followers thought we were resting, they were sorely mistaken.
The team has been working hard in the meantime, and we finally met again yesterday for a meeting that was again held via the Microsoft Teams tool. The partners discussed the next steps in IO4, the upcoming transnational meeting to be held in Spain, and the final conference.
Who would have thought at the beginning of the project, at the first meeting in Novo mesto, that 2.5 years would pass so quickly. Since those gloomy November days in 2019, when the partners first met, we have achieved a lot in the project to date - from analysis curriculum writing and the implementation of pilot training, which involves employees from different departments at the level of each partner country.
We have spent the longest time on training. It has been running for 2.5 months, and in that time trainers, teachers and trainees have already completed many tasks and more than successfully dealt with a considerable pile of learning material. The partner organisations have been very pleased with the feedback from the participants, who are enthusiastic about the quality of the training and the learning materials we have prepared for them.
