Diversity Charter Slovenia
We are proud to announce that FOS has also become a signatory of the Diversity Charter Slovenia. The principles of equality and inclusion are part of the fundamental values of both the European Union and Slovenia, and thus also of the Faculty of Organisational Studies in Novo mesto.
At FOŠ, we promote inclusion and ensure equality of status, rights, opportunities and non-discrimination of all stakeholders and foster an organisational culture based on respect, equal opportunities and acceptance of all. We want to co-create a diverse and inclusive culture where every individual can contribute to academic life, knowledge and growth. At the same time, we want to ensure an inclusive quality of education and lifelong learning opportunities for all our students.
Embracing diversity, equity, inclusion, representation and an overall sense of belonging can make a significant difference in the way we perceive the world around us, and make us stronger and more creative, and this is something we wholeheartedly encourage at FOS.
