Looking for an internship?
It is a great pleasure to invite you to our Faculty of Organisation Studies in Novo mesto, Slovenia. We believe that our study programs are tailored to the needs of individuals excellent future - towards professionalism, organization, and excellence. And of course, our area offers a wide variety of events including sports & recreation, cultural events, music, dance, and food festivals, just to name a few.
If you chose to cooperate with the Faculty of Organisation Studies in Novo mesto, you will be contributing to our Mission - the continual improvement of quality of life of individuals, organisations, and communities.
The internship will take place at the International and Project Office of Faculty of Organisation Studies in Novo mesto, Ulica talcev 3, 8000 Novo mesto, Slovenia. Internship is of a minimum length of 2 months. Commitment of 4 days per week or by agreement. Availability on request.
The main task will be overall administrative support for the international officers, namely:
- Active seeking opportunities for promotion of our study programmes in English.
- Communication with partners and agents.
- Support during the organization of international events.
- Other administrative support of services provided by the faculty’s international office.
Required skills:
- Fluency in English (at least level B2)
- Proactivity, communicativeness, responsibility, flexibility, open-mindedness
- Using PC, especially office applications
No salary is provided, using Erasmus+ grant for practical training is supposed. The Faculty provides the funds for lunches at a reasonable price, a symbolic monthly award for successfully completed work and helps in finding accommodation.
