Kick-off meeting: TRANSFORM project
The Faculty of Organisation Studies in Novo mesto, as a partner of the TRANSFORM project, is organizing an kick-off meeting where we will present the initiative and discuss the initial findings on the state of the art of the future of the human workforce.
The event will take place on October 8, 2024, between 4 and 6.30 pm., at the Secondary School of Economics, Higher Vocational School, Ulica talcev 3a, Novo mesto.
The CERV-2023-CITIZENS-CIV TRANSFORM project focuses on the future development of the workforce and explores key aspects related to its further development. Focusing on technological changes such as automation, artificial intelligence and robotics, it aims to adapt the skills and competencies of the workforce and create better working conditions. Through the participation of various stakeholders, including employees, employers, human resource professionals, organizational leaders, decision-makers and others, the project promotes democratic participation and policy-making for the future of the labor market. Its purpose is to build a comprehensive "repository of knowledge" that will enable easy access to findings, data and conclusions and serve as support for informed decisions and transparency.
The event is open to anyone interested in workforce transformation and related innovation. The event will be held in English.
