Transnational project meeting within the Women Up project
On December 3, 2024, the Faculty of Organisation Studies organized a transnational project meeting as part of the Erasmus project Women Up. The project aims to empower vulnerable women, particularly single mothers, refugees, and migrants, by offering targeted career counseling and tailored education and training resources.
During the meeting, participants discussed and provided feedback on previous engagements and the work done so far, and as well exchanged ideas on the next steps and future activities for the project. The meeting brought together all project partners, including the Faculty of Organisation Studies, Asociación Arrabal-AID from Spain, the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED) from Greece, Eurospeak LTD from Ireland, Adolescere - Association for Child and Adolescent Support from Portugal, and Zone Femmes from Belgium.
We hope that the outcomes of the Women Up project will play an important role in empowering vulnerable women through education, training, and career counseling, helping them overcome barriers to employment.
