FOŠ on Erasmus Exchange at the Complutense University of Madrid
In April, as part of the Erasmus+ program, colleague Nadia Molek visited the Complutense University of Madrid, where she collaborated with the Department of Social Anthropology and the Center for Research on Work, Gender, and Social Cohesion (EGECO).
📚 She delivered lectures and participated in seminars focused on the role of organizational culture, gender equality, and new power dynamics in contemporary work environments.
🤝 The visit also included case study analyses of platform work and emerging forms of employee management, approached through anthropological methods and critical management studies (Oxford).
💬 During her stay, she engaged with leading researchers in the fields of organizational anthropology, cultural and organizational mediation, and inclusive policy development, laying the groundwork for future joint projects.
🌐 The TRANSFORM – The Future of Human Workforce project was also presented, with emphasis on developing inclusive organizational practices and sustainable work strategies.
The exchange offered a valuable opportunity for professional development and strengthening international collaboration.
