Lejla Imamović Lerić as a guest lecturer at the University of Travnik
Our researcher Lejla Imamović Lerić was a guest lecturer at the University of Travnik in mid-May, where she collaborated with the Department of Management and Business Economics as part of the Erasmus+ program. 📚
As part of her lecture series, she addressed two key but often overlooked topics in today’s work environment – well-being in the workplace and empathy in professional relationships. She emphasized that these values are fundamental to employee satisfaction, successful teamwork, and the long-term stability and efficiency of organizations. 🏢🤝
She placed special focus on how organizations can create supportive and inclusive environments that foster trust, a sense of belonging, and motivation. 🌱
