A successfully held workshop as part of the Transform project
As part of the Transform: Future of the Workforce project, we conducted a participatory design thinking (Design Thinking) workshop on June 17th 🧠💬, in cooperation, held at the premises of the Association for Developing Voluntary Work Novo mesto.
The workshop gathered 27 participants from various sectors. Through five different professional profiles, we explored the impact of key trends such as automation and digitalization, education and skills development, and demographic changes. We reflected on how these factors will influence the nature of work in the next ten and fifty years.
The shared conclusion was that adaptability, informal and lifelong learning, and a human-friendly work environment are key factors for a successful future of work.
