Successful completion of the second workshop within the WomenUp project
At the second workshop within the WomenUp project, where FOŠ is also a partner, we focused on building self-confidence, setting personal goals, and the importance of community support. Through various interactive exercises and group activities, the participants explored how they can strengthen themselves both personally and professionally.
Additionally, the participants had the opportunity to delve into finding and achieving career goals, as well as formulating concrete steps and strategies for progress. All participants successfully connected on our platform, where they will have access to resources, mentorship, and career counseling to continue their development.
The greatest value, however, was the community support, which allowed everyone to build trust and mutual motivation. A big thank you to all the women who, with their energy and openness, co-created an inspiring and supportive environment! 🌟
