Meeting of WomenUP Project Partners
Last Tuesday, 3 September 2025, colleagues Dr. Nadia Molek and Vesna Grabnar attended in person, and Lejla Imanović Lejić participated remotely, at the final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the Women UP project in the city of Larissa, Greece. FOŠ extends its gratitude to the hosts from the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (IED) for their generosity, professionalism, and excellent organization of the meeting.
The partners expressed their satisfaction with FOŠ’s work, especially with the Facilitator’s Guide for Educators, which combines the theoretical framework of the European LifeComp and the GROW coaching model, and includes nine activities designed to strengthen the skills and employability of vulnerable women.
As part of WP3, FOŠ presented the development and piloting of materials and successfully carried out one of the key activities (“Managing Learning”) in cooperation with DRPDNM and a group of migrant women. The feedback confirmed the clarity of the methods, their usefulness, and their positive impact on the participants’ confidence and independence.
The project is now entering its final stage:
* by 22 September 2025, the testing of the Women UP platform and the translation of materials will be completed.
* by 29 October 2025, each partner will prepare a report on the piloting with participants,
* by 25 November 2025, final multiplier events will be held, with at least 30 participants per partner.
Through these activities, FOŠ reaffirms its role in developing high-quality, practical, and inclusive materials that will contribute to the empowerment of vulnerable women across different European contexts.
