FOS Hosted International Partners:

At the end of September 2025, Novo mesto became a crossroads of European knowledge, ideas, and cooperation. The Faculty of Organisation Studies (FOS) hosted the transnational project meeting of partners within the prestigious Interreg APOLLO project on 22 and 23 September. The event brought to our city representatives of partner institutions from various European countries, who are jointly seeking solutions for a more connected, innovative, and sustainable future.

Two Days of Discussions, Ideas, and New Agreements

The first day was dedicated to reviewing progress achieved and discussing upcoming challenges, while the second focused on pilot actions and preparing concrete plans for effective implementation of the project’s goals. Partners presented results, exchanged valuable experiences, and laid the foundations for the next steps.

More than Just a Professional Meeting

The meeting in Novo mesto was not solely work-oriented. It was also a space for networking, personal connections, and building trust. In addition to the official program, guests experienced the pulse of our city – its culture, hospitality, and culinary specialties. This gave the meeting a special character and further strengthened the bonds among partners.

Such gatherings represent a significant opportunity for our region as well. They connect us with European partners, open doors to new knowledge and practices, and enhance Novo mesto’s visibility on the European map. The APOLLO project is therefore not only an international story but also a local one – with an impact on people, development, and the future of our community.
