Biography
Mag. Grubačević Fink received her Bachelor's degree in social pedagogics at the Faculty of Education Ljubljana. She specialized in education managment at the Faculty of Management Koper and got her Master's degree in pedagogics at the Faculty of Philosophy Ljubljana. She pursued additional training in communication and earned several certificates: NLP practitioner, NLP master of business communication and NLP coach.
She started her professional career at Šmihel elementary school, followed by Novo mesto School of Economics, where she worked as a social worker. Mag. Fink Grubačević has been the priciple of Novo mesto School of Economics since the year 2000 (professional higher education institution). She lectures on business communication in several profesional higher education institutions and runs seminars on communication, leadership and human resource management. Mag. Fink has authored several articles on communication, human resource management and leadership.
Research profile
Her research interests include the study of approaches, models and tools for mastering communication, leadership and human resource management. Her methods combine practical and theoretical experiences gained through work in education.
