Biography:
Nataša Šterk, a university graduate in law and Master of Science, has more than 10 years of work experience in various state administration and local self-government organizations. She has tried herself in various fields of work, which enabled her to have a good knowledge of labor legislation and the system of civil servants. She is also familiar with the procedures for the preparation and adoption of internal and other general acts. She gained experience in managing legal and administrative procedures, experience in the field of public procurement and in the field of quality. She participated in various teams and project groups, tried her hand at managing only these and project management. She gave professional and other presentations, led various events and workshops. She upgraded the practical experience of dealing with people, which she gained while managing personnel operations at the Novo mesto Administrative Unit, by completing a scientific master's degree, namely with a master's thesis on the subject of the commitment of civil servants. She regularly receives training and professional development in various areas of management and people management. In the last period, she gained new practical experience in the position of director of the municipal administration of the Municipality of Dolenjska Toplice.
