Successful Careers of FOŠ Graduates

Data from the Graduate Survey Report for the 2024/2025 academic year and the Employer Survey Report 2023/2024 show that studying Quality Management at the Faculty of Organisation Studies provides an excellent foundation for a successful career.

The Career Center Monitors Graduate Success

Through the Career Center, the Faculty of Organisation Studies systematically monitors the employability, career development and competencies of its graduates, as well as the needs and expectations of employers.

By regularly surveying graduates and employers, we gain valuable insights into how effectively our study programmes prepare students for the challenges of today's labour market. The findings help us continuously improve our programmes while providing prospective students with a realistic overview of the career paths of FOŠ graduates.
