FOS in the pilot training within the APOLLO project (Interreg Alpine Space)
Within the Interreg Alpine Space APOLLO project, the Faculty of Organisation Studies, together with project partners CIK Trebnje and the Municipality of Novo mesto, successfully carried out the first part of the pilot training.
On Thursday, 23 April 2026, a training session titled “From Security to Practice: Effective Support for Users of e-Services” was held at the Municipality of Novo mesto.
At FOS, we particularly highlight our contribution to developing competencies in the field of digital user support. Participants:
- learned about the development of modern digital solutions,
- deepened their knowledge of digital security, ethics, and personal data protection,
- developed practical skills for effective support of e-service users through hands-on work.
Special emphasis was placed on understanding user challenges and on responsible and secure guidance through digital processes—areas in which FOŠ develops important research and educational approaches.
Through the APOLLO project, we continue to strengthen the links between research, education, and the local environment, contributing to the development of an inclusive and secure digital society.
